Aaron Sangcap, a Sangguniang Kabataan chairman from Concepcion, Tarlac recently gained attention online because of his heroic efforts in the midst of Typhoon Ulysses.

In the photos that made rounds online, Sangcap is seen shirtless and only wearing orange shorts while paddling in the midst of the flood that happened in their area. Even though he and his team was having difficulty, he still had this genuine smile on his face which made him look charismatic.

In his Facebook account, Sangcap shared that he is just a naturally jolly person and it shows in his photos because for him, being optimistic even in the midst of a calamity is one key factor to staying strong and survive whatever challenge that may come our way.

He also shared that in the midst of this difficult situation that we are facing, it is important to work hand in hand or uplift the Bayanihan spirit and trust in the Lord because everything is possible with him.
