Brazilian model gets married gave iPads as souvenirs to guests

Many hotels take the extra mile in order to make their place a great venue for memorable events. Of course, everyone has their own preference on how they want a significant event to turn out. Some choose unique concepts while there are others who simply can’t help but splurge their wealth. Just like this event which is now dubbed as the “grandest wedding in the world,” a Brazilian model got married to her Pakistani groom at the 7-star Burj Al Arab in Dubai – and iPads were given away as souvenirs! Wow.

Janaina Cardoso married Imran Hussain in what could be the most opulent wedding of the year. Set at the 7-star Burj Al Arab, one of the most expensive hotels in the world, the wedding had David Austin flowers that were imported all the way from The Netherlands.

Known for its stunning shape that resembles the sail of a ship, Burj Al Arab is one of the grandest structures in the world. The fifth tallest hotels in the world, it is dubbed as a 7-star hotel. This gorgeous hotel is set on an artificial island that’s connected to the mainland by a private curved bridge.

According to Rachwed, the couple exchanged their vows and donned Cartier wedding bands as their groomsmen clad in Tom Ford and their bridesmaids wearing Zuhair Murad looked on. Of course, the wedding entourage weren’t the only ones wearing designer clothing.

The gorgeous bride wore a stunning bridal gown created by Elie Saab. What’s so special about this gown is that it was engraved with the couple’s wedding date and it had a train that’s 3 meters long.
The welcome area was filled with so many flowers – from floor to ceiling! It was like the place was transformed into a stunning flower garden.

As if that grandeur isn’t yet enough, the couple even decided to give out special iPads to all the 120 guests invited to this grand wedding. Engraved with the wedding details, the iPads were proof enough that this wedding could easily be the wedding of the year – perhaps the wedding of the century!

At the reception, guests were entertained by no less than the ‘80s rock band Fortune which was flown all the way from UK. The white-themed dream wedding is truly one of the best. The evening was capped with a stellar fireworks display in honor of the bride and groom.

According to Eventchic Designs CEO Jardel Silva, the couple spent a whopping Dhs7 million ($1.9 million) for the grand event…

Whoa! That sure is a lot of money. Right now, all we have is the best wishes for the couple and may their love prosper and grow in the years to come.
