Fish vendor couple scratches a luxury car with their old sedan but don’t expect what the owner did

Oftentimes, when people see luxury cars on the road, they can’t help but turn their heads to the direction of the car and stare at it with awe in their eyes. But, did the question, “what will I do if one day I accidentally scratch a luxury car?” ever came to your mind? Well, that might be a really hard to answer kind of question.

Unfortunately for a couple from in Thailand’s Nonthaburi Province, their worst nightmare has come true. While driving their old car, they accidentally “kissed” a parked Lamborghini. Seeing they had hit a very expensive car, the couple, who were both fishmongers, got out of the car to talk to the luxury car’s owner.

The couple’s car had more damage than the Lamborghini but they were both honest enough to admit that they are the ones who are at fault.

Knowing that the repair cost for the luxury car is quite expensive, the couple pleaded with the owner if they could possibly pay for the damages through installment.

However, to their surprise, the luxury car owner who turned out to be a businessman only had one thing in his mind. When the owner learned that the couple did not even have insurance for their own car, he forgave them and said they didn’t need to pay for anything. Instead, he asked the couple for a very simple, heart-warming favor: they must promise to donate 3000 Thai Baht to a temple for 10 times as a compensation.

According to Viral 4 Real, soon, the businessman’s good deed spread through social media. According to him, “I do not want to brag that I am rich but the reason is I do not want this couple to compensate me for the damages caused to my car is because I want people to learn to forgive others. My car is very expensive and so what? If this accident was not done deliberately, shouldn’t we forgive others with an open heart?”

The businessman earned praises from netizens for his good deed and the couple remained thankful to him for letting them off the hook when they least expect it.
