Giant octopus that measures 8 feet was caught by a fisherman in Tawi-tawi

The ocean is both a really mysterious and amazing creation. Even up to this day, there are still creatures that are yet to be discovered in the depths of the ocean.

As it covers 75% of the Earth, most people make a living through it especially those that live near the sea. Their main source of income is fishing.

Just like in this case of an ordinary fisherman in Mindanao. But one day, he managed to catch a really rare creature from under the sea.

In a report by GMA News, a giant octopus that measures 8 feet was caught by a lucky fisherman in Sibutu, Tawi-Tawi.

As for the method the fisherman used to be able to catch such a big creature, that is still left unknown.

Because such size of a creature was really rare, the photos uploaded on the Facebook page of GMA news became viral. It now has 78,000 reactions, 4,500 comments and 24,000 shares. All from people who are very curious about the crustacean.
